Dr. Cai is the current President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of
Minco Silver Corporation. Dr. Cai holds a Ph.D. in mineral economics from
Queens University in Kingston, Ontario, Canada and has 24 years of
experience in mineral exploration, project evaluation, corporate financing
and company management. Dr. Cai has served as a director of several
publicly-traded and private Canadian and Chinese companies. He also serves
as the President, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Minco Gold
Corporation and a Director of Minco Base Metals Corporation.

 | Ms. Melinda Hsu
Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Hsu has over 30 years of diversified experience in areas of accounting, finance, corporate development and administration in Canada and China. Ms. Hsu was formerly the Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Treasurer of Handeni Gold Inc. She started her career in the State Planning Commission of China and held Corporate Controller position in Titan Mining Corp. and various other mining and oil & gas companies with both Canadian and international operations. Ms. Hsu is a member of
Chartered Professional Accountants of British Columbia and Ontario, and has a Master of Arts in Commerce from Renmin University of China.

 | Jennifer Trevitt
Vice President Corporate Affairs & Corporate Secretary

Ms. Trevitt has been with the Company since March 2009, was appointed Corporate Secretary in July 2009, Director of Corporate Affairs in July 2015 and Vice President Corporate Affairs in June 2017. Ms. Trevitt also serves as Vice President Corporate Affairs and Corporate Secretary for Minco Gold Corporation and Minco Base Metals Corporation. She is a Capilano University certified Paralegal who has worked in the Securities/Corporate Finance industry for over 18 years for Canadian and US public companies. She also worked as a Paralegal for the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia for 7 years.
